ONE participated in the first year of Community Scholars at University of Illinois Chicago. In collaboration with the Urban Planning Department, a dedicated group of graduate level students and community leaders from around Chicago, we helped develop a web based tool to educate and train community leaders on how to understand and organize around TIF issues.
