Vision:
To build power and understanding around the values of dignified work and racial justice. Specifically, we work to reform the barriers created by criminal justice system to individuals returning to our communities from incarceration. We know that we cannot have a healthy community without employment opportunities for all members of the community. To this end we seek to unite the diverse experiences of ONE members in efforts to create employment opportunity, reform the criminal justice system and strengthen relationships between race and ethnicity.
